He provides research and evaluation and consulting services on Semiconductor, Semiconductor Equipment and Networking Equipment industry market trends and competitive landscape to top Investment Management and Management Consulting firms. He also provides project and program management consulting services to
various technology companies for product development. Companies worked at are Synaptics Inc, Broadcom Corporation, Juniper Networks Inc., IBM Global Services, and KLA-Tencor. He has extensive experience in supporting the customers worldwide. He completed his graduate studies in Electrical Engineering at University of Hawaii at Manoa and is a certified Project Manager from University of California at Santa Cruz.

The CIO, Rubina N. Baseer MURP, has over 28 years working experience. Six of these years were with leading consulting engineers working on information system
planning and development for city projects. She has consulted for more than nine years in geographic information systems software applications and development with
City of Mountain View, City of Santa Clara and Santa Clara County.
